If you selected voluntary AutoPay to withdraw your payment amount, it should be paid on the scheduled due date. Cash payments are accepted in some retail locations. Please call your local store for additional details and payment options.

We accept Visa® and Mastercard® debit cards in most states online using Pocket360, as well as cash at most retail locations.

Installment Loans

For an installment loan, a customer may select an easy convenient Auto Pay so that your payments are automatically withdrawn on your due date from your selected checking account.

Repayment is typically based on pay cycle/frequency, with due dates occurring on paydays.

• Biweekly - payment every two weeks
• Monthly - payment once per month
• Semi-monthly - payment twice per month

All payments must be paid on the agreed-upon due date provided in your contract to avoid any additional fees or penalties. To check when your payment is due, review your Loan Agreement or log-in to your P360 account and view your active loans.

In the event that a payday loan payment is due and we are unable to withdraw funds from your checking account, the payment will be sent to collections. A returned check fee may be charged in some states.

In the event that an installment loan payment is due and we are unable to withdraw funds from your checking account, a returned check fee or a late payment may be charged in some states. Additional interest will accrue on the missed payment until the past due payment is satisfied

Yes! To repay online, simply log in to your Pocket360 account. From Pocket360, you'll be able to make debit card payments online and stay up to date on important product offerings and promotions.

Payments are typically made via AutoPay to save you time and to ensure your payments are never late. If you wish to make your payment over the phone, you may do so by calling the automated system toll-free at 800-528-1974 or by calling your local store agent.

For online loans, call 800-528-1974 and speak with a customer service agent. For everything else, please contact your local store or stop in and see us.

At this time, online loans cannot be paid in store. Online loans should be set with AutoPay to withdraw your payment amount on the scheduled due date.
