Check ‘n Go reports credit information to two major credit bureau agencies at the end of each month. Although we submit the information to the bureaus at the end of the month, the bureaus have 30 days from the receipt of our data to update

Direct credit disputes must relate to the following: (1) your liability for a credit account or other debt with Check ‘n Go; (2) the terms of an account or other debt with Check ‘n Go; (3) your performance or other conduct concerning an
account or other relationship with Check ‘n Go; or (4) any other information contained in your report for an account or other relationship with the Check ‘n Go that bears on the consumer's creditworthiness, credit standing, credit
capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living. Check ‘n Go will investigate if you, the consumer, submit your dispute on this page or in writing to Check ‘n Go, ATTN: Credit Disputes, 7755 Montgomery
Road, Suite 400, Cincinnati, OH 45236. In order for us to properly process your dispute, you must (1) identify the account in dispute, (2) identify the specific information being disputed, (3) provide an explanation of the basis for
the dispute, and (4) provide all supporting documentation required by us to substantiate the basis of the dispute. In order for your rights to be properly protected under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C. 1681, we recommend that
you submit a dispute directly to the Credit Bureaus, Experian, Transunion, etc.
